We designed a 39 unit multi-family, affordable housing development project located in Carson City, Nevada, providing housing for veterans and low income individuals.

This infill site allowed for development of 84 apartment units in a three story configuration. Amenities included a large group activity room, library, exercise room, computer room, and outdoor activity areas all within walking convenience of downtown. 2006 Banner Award - Best Affordable Multi Family

Reno Nevada is home to this 42 unit, three story apartment project. The Art Deco design theme was continued through the interior corridor system. This project is one of seven projects we have done thus far with this client. 2008 Banner Award - Best Affordable Multi-Family Community

Wright & 5th

Wright & 5th

Situated in the middle of the historical district, the design of this 42 unit project was highly influenced by the character and materials of the surrounding neighborhood. Key features included brickwork and wall paneling reminiscent of construction techniques utilized in the early 20th century. A special amenity we were able to incorporate into the project was the extensive use of daylighting into interior areas traditionally not able to benefit from the quality and economy natural lighting provides. 2010 Banner Award - Most effective use of green building and Best Affordable Multi-Family Community 2010 Senator Harry Reid Award - Newest affordable housing development in the City of Sparks

This planned 32 unit affordable family housing project by Napa Valley Community Housing features one, two, and three bedroom units. The design took full advantage of the adjacent neighborhood park and utilized residential massing and materials to relate to the Victorian character of the city.

This project contains 34 units of two and three bedroom walk-up apartments of wood frame construction totaling 33,706 sq. ft.. Bids came in 4% under the original budget.
